Draft projects, present them to superiors for approval, and monitor the execution of implementation stages. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct diagnostics of current processes, propose improvements, and submit them for approval by department heads. * Develop documentation standards for existing and new processes. * Conduct workshops on quality and processes with relevant stakeholders. * Disseminate the process management methodology (standards, rules, performance metrics, etc.). * Plan and conduct process audits. * Draft and analyze, as needed, quality management manuals, organizational guidelines, policies, protocols, procedures, and other documentation standards. * Control and safeguard all documents related to the quality management system. * Develop data collection methods (checklists). * Remove and dispose of waste generated during service execution at appropriate locations. * Prepare reports on services performed. * Ensure proper custody, maintenance, preservation, and cleaning of equipment, tools, and materials used in the job. * Work in compliance with good practices, safety standards, and procedures. * Attend meetings when summoned. * Comply with scheduled training and development programs. * Adhere to regulations and procedures regarding uniform use, timekeeping, working hours and shifts, vacation schedules, etc. * Design and suggest workflows and processes, adopt optimization and rationalization measures to enhance team and cross-departmental activities. * Report any irregularities or suspected fraud to management. * Inform management about actions and activities carried out within the area under one's responsibility. * Perform other related duties as required by the operational unit’s responsibilities, nature of work, and location/subsystem, per superior instruction. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of processes. * Experience in process management.
