Work Location: Alphaville \- Barueri/SP Fixed-term contract. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * **Instructional Design** * Provide instructional design expertise to enable the best learning experience aligned with the global Hamburger University strategy and Arcos Dorados’ strategy * Perform content curation and review, as well as develop pedagogical proposals * Produce content using authoring tools for training development and methodological adaptation across various training formats * Plan and execute delivery of pedagogical packages * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions support and fulfill organizational objectives * **Logistical execution of training within budget and other project criteria (Development and communication of reports and analyses)** * Support operations teams and/or technical areas to identify needs and drive continuous improvement in the training system * Prospect global suppliers based on organizational needs assessment, requirements review, identification of resources to support content and material development, ensuring quality and user experience * Monitor metrics to measure the impact of development activities and other metrics assessing the function’s effectiveness for the business Collect, analyze, and share data related to area projects and report leadership development to guide continuous improvement of learning initiatives **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Ingredients:** Bachelor’s degree in humanities (education, languages and/or other teaching degrees, human resources, psychology, or administration). * Experience in training and development, corporate education, or related fields; * Familiarity with content authoring tools / development technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, InDesign, HTML, etc.); * Knowledge of emerging and progressive content development tools and techniques; * Advanced English – required / Spanish – desirable **Additional Information** **Benefits That Make Everything Even Better:** * Dental Care; * Life Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Parking; * Shuttle Service; * Home Office Allowance; * Day Off; * Wellhub; * Hybrid Model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) **Ready for an experience as unforgettable as a Big Mac?
