We aim to create the distinctive ALPLA family loyalty feeling worldwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Start up and shut down (start\-up) packaging production machines and control process parameters; * Monitor the control panel, verifying and comparing against machine start\-up specifications; * Operate blow molding machines, visually inspecting produced parts to ensure product quality and specification compliance; * Perform Parison control: material control, weight distribution, ground material levels, Parison lengths, and others; * Control and maintain bottle quality in accordance with specified requirements, performing pre\-established tests per the PIT inspection plan; * Prepare machines for mold/color change and support the Changeover and Blow Molding Mechanic teams; * Ensure production of Production Orders, meeting correct quantities and agreed specifications; * Accurately record produced goods and issues encountered during the shift; * Identify scrap material generated on their machine and report this information to their immediate supervisor for waste control tracking; * Inform their immediate supervisor of any irregularities found, including shortages of supplies/raw materials; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Technical course in Plastics preferred (completed or currently enrolled) **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Partnerships with gyms, pharmacies, and optical stores * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Our family provides innovative plastic packaging solutions and has been internationally successful in this field for over 70 years.
