Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Warehouse experience and operational analytical vision. * Knowledge of the WMS tool; * Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO nomenclatures; * Knowledge of cyclic and general inventory routines; * Logical reasoning. IT WILL BE A DIFFERENTIATOR IF YOU HAVE: * Prior experience with logistics operators; * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields (completed or in progress) is desirable; * Residence in Vinhedo or nearby areas. WE COUNT ON YOU TO: * Maintain systemic controls and reports related to warehouse activities at the branch where you work; * Ensure that all loading and unloading processes are performed correctly; * Analyze inventory control and cross-docking; * Ensure that all received materials are inspected and delivery confirmation is provided to the driver; * Ensure use of the CARGOAGENDA tool at the branch; * Optimize workforce allocation to meet customer demands; * Analyze the correct completion of required reports generated by the warehouse; * Handle matters related to warehouse operations with customers and suppliers; * Analyze daily and cyclic inventories of warehouse materials; * Monitor and perform monthly closing for storage and cross-docking customers; * Issue storage and cross-docking invoices (NFs); * Follow up with customers regarding monthly closings. * Control truck flow for loading/unloading, adhering to the scheduled time-window plan; * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Comply with processes for receiving divergent items using systemic registration; * Comply with company standards, processes, and policies; * Ensure workplace safety, material preservation, proper equipment usage, and confidentiality of information; * Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; 251222020249743888
