Hello, this is Bia from CI&T! **Your mission:** Support CI&T in serving a client in the benefits industry; **Main challenge:** Ramp up a new team to address regulatory and mandatory requirements impacting all of the client's systems. **Current team composition:** A brand-new team being built from scratch. You will share the backlog with another existing team (comprising 4 senior developers). **Projects/initiatives:** Addressing governmental regulatory requirements (e.g., recent example: alphanumeric CNPJ). **You must have experience with:** Legacy modernization Experience with regulatory/mandatory requirements Java development with Spring Boot; Writing unit tests and embracing code review practices; Clean, simple, and maintainable code (Clean Code); Oracle and MongoDB databases; Agile concepts (SCRUM, KANBAN), including daily stand-ups, sprints, and reviews. OCP, VSTS, AWS, pipelines, lambdas, Sonar, microservices architecture, Azure.
