Senior Information Security Analyst - Firewall

Description

We are seeking a **Senior Information Security Analyst**, focused on **firewall management and operations**, to work in a **Security Operations Center (SOC)** environment, ensuring the protection and continuity of our customers' services. **Responsibilities:** * Administration, configuration, and identification and resolution of issues; * Continuous monitoring of security events in the SOC environment; * Analysis and response to security incidents; * Creation and review of firewall rules according to security policies; * Investigation of alerts and correlation of events; * Implementation of continuous security improvements and environment hardening; * Preparation of technical reports and incident documentation. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with **firewalls** (major market vendors); * Practical experience in **SOC**; * Knowledge of log and event analysis and incident response; * Experience with monitoring and security tools; * Analytical capability and ability to operate in critical scenarios; * Availability to work on an on-site **12x36 shift schedule**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security\+, among others); * Experience with SIEM; * Knowledge of networks and protocols. **We are looking for a candidate who is:** * Proactive, analytical, and possesses a sense of urgency; * Technically autonomous with strong decision-making skills; * Capable of collaborating effectively in teams and dynamic environments.
