We seek professionals committed to doing things differently, constantly pursuing excellence in their roles and striving for daily improvement in their work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical leadership for Frontend application development. * Participate in defining Frontend architecture and development standards. * Develop modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. * Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to usability best practices. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers. * Collaborate closely with Backend, UX/UI, and Product teams. * Ensure proper version control and maintain minimal documentation for deliverables. * Work across multiple strategic projects, prioritizing business-value-driven deliveries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Digital Design, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience with modern Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar). * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. * Experience consuming RESTful APIs. * Practical knowledge of Frontend architecture, componentization, and design systems. * Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility, and UX best practices. * Proficiency in code versioning (Git). * Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SSR, micro-frontends, or large-scale applications. * Knowledge of automated testing (unit and end-to-end). * Experience in e-commerce or high-traffic digital products. * Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. * Use of AI-powered programming assistance tools. **Additional Information** * Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote; * Work Location: **Barueri / Alphaville**; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher: No deduction; * Basic Basket Allowance (paid via benefits card); * Remote Work Allowance; * Totalpass; * Transportation Voucher: With 6% deduction; * Health Plan: With co-payment; * Dental Plan: With co-payment; * Life Insurance.
