We are seeking an analytical, organized professional with strong accountability to manage our fleet. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicle entry and exit at the yard * Conduct preliminary and final vehicle inspections * Oversee maintenance activities and ensure service quality * Monitor task progress and adjust priorities as needed * Manage parts and materials requests, and control inventory * Organize the yard to ensure safety and operational efficiency * Provide technical support to the team and promote best practices * Prepare performance reports and present them to leadership * Collaborate cross-functionally to secure resources and meet deadlines **Requirements:** * Prior experience in fleet management or heavy vehicle maintenance * Experience with yard control, inspections, and operational processes * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills * Knowledge of control routines and KPIs is a plus **Job Details:** * Work model: 100% on-site * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) * Salary: R$ 4.922,00 * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 35.00 per day * Transportation allowance paid via payroll * PLR (Profit Sharing Program) * PTS * TotalPass * Dental care assistance * Siaze healthcare network * Corporate University If you seek professional development in a dynamic environment with growth opportunities, this could be your chance.
