This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in existing products, proposing solutions that add value to the business, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and innovative deliveries. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze product performance and propose technical, functional, and cost-optimization improvements. * Coordinate the development of new items and accessories aligned with market and company needs, focusing on quality, cost, and schedule. * Provide technical oversight for product technical modifications and new product development. * Collaborate with departments such as procurement, quality, and sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering. * Experience in product development. * Analytical, creative, and collaborative mindset. * Knowledge of 3D/2D modeling software is a plus. * Advanced English **A LEGACY OF PASSION FOR MOTORCYCLING** Yamaha operates in over 200 countries across all continents, serving diverse market segments.
