Here, we value innovation, responsibility, quality, and results-oriented focus—and seek professionals eager to build alongside us. **\- Key Responsibilities** * Management and development of the company's own e-commerce platform and marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee). * Analysis of KPIs: revenue, margin, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase rate, and channel profitability. * Development and monitoring of dashboards and management reports. * Commercial calendar management, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies. * Coordination with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end integration. * Support in decisions regarding product mix, inventory, commercial policy, and shipping. * Identification of growth opportunities, efficiency improvements, and enhancements to customer experience. * Structuring and continuous improvement of digital processes. **\- What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience in e-commerce (own platform and marketplaces). * Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Experience with digital performance KPIs and e-commerce P\&L. * Knowledge of pricing, margins, and logistics costs. * Organized, critical, hands-on, and results-oriented profile. * Assertive communication and ability to work cross-functionally. **\- Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing or B2B companies with B2C operations. * Familiarity with ERP systems, marketplace hubs, and integrations. * Experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms. * Participation in digital structuring or scaling projects. **\- What We Offer** * Opportunity to work in a stable, growing company with room for leadership. * A collaborative environment offering autonomy and strategic challenges. * Direct impact on the company’s digital outcomes. * Market-competitive salary \+ benefits. \- Interested candidates should send their resume to: tiphani@koube.com.br Email subject: Position: Senior E-commerce Analyst Join us in building Koube’s digital future.
