Our **Senior Cloud Infrastructure Analysts** play an essential role in operating and sustaining critical production environments on AWS. Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents using Dynatrace, Datadog, and synthetic monitoring. Apply now—we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate and sustain critical production environments on AWS. * Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents using Dynatrace, Datadog, and synthetic monitoring. * Perform advanced troubleshooting on Kubernetes/EKS, including pods, OOM errors, CPU and memory consumption, resource limits, HPA, and scaling. * Investigate failures involving APIs, networks, databases, messaging systems, and data pipelines. * Diagnose issues in SQS and SNS, including DLQs and retained messages. * Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring incidents. * Support the stability and performance of API Gateways, service mesh, and integration components. * Communicate incidents, risks, and support progress to customers, ensuring SLA compliance. * Propose improvements to availability, observability, capacity, and cost optimization of the AWS environment. * Work autonomously and escalate technically when required. **Requirements and qualifications** * Senior-level experience supporting 24x7 critical production environments. * Proficiency in Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including troubleshooting, resource management, scaling, and high availability. * Solid experience with AWS services, especially EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, and API Gateway. * Experience with Dynatrace for alert analysis, event correlation, root cause identification, and tuning. * Ability to diagnose issues across multiple layers: infrastructure, containers, applications, APIs, networks, databases, and messaging systems. * Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of recurring issues. * Autonomy, proactivity, and strong communication skills with technical teams and customers. * Desired: Experience with Kong, KrakenD, Envoy, or other API Gateway and service mesh solutions. * Knowledge of Keycloak, AWS IAM, and authentication and SSO solutions. * Familiarity with QuickSight, OpenMetadata, Budibase, or CKAN. * Knowledge of FinOps practices and AWS cost optimization. * Prior experience in the financial sector, payment systems, or Open Finance. **Additional information** **BENEFITS** Flexible working hours Educational incentives (partnerships with educational institutions) Paid vacations TotalPass Birthday off Medical assistance Dental assistance Maternity leave Paternity leave AWS certification reimbursement Who we are We are **Darede**: a technology company with an innovative soul, driven by people and guided by the purpose of transforming businesses, careers, and stories through technology.
