Job Summary: Manage and supervise the construction of a Shopee logistics warehouse in Londrina, overseeing the entire construction process. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting weekly meetings and managerial reporting You will be responsible for managing and supervising the construction of a 33,000 m² Shopee logistics warehouse in Londrina, which includes administrative areas and a mezzanine. We are currently in the earthwork phase, and the contractor has already been engaged on a lump-sum basis; therefore, no further contracting is required. You will work directly on-site, monitoring the entire process, approving procurements, holding weekly meetings, and preparing managerial reports. An administrative staff member based in Belo Horizonte will handle all invoice registrations. Compensation: R$25.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
