Join us and be part of a team that is always at the forefront with cutting-edge technology and constant innovation. **Your Daily Menu:** ------------------------ * Manage the squad and coordinate strategic projects. * Map and understand delivery partners’ pain points, proposing solutions in collaboration with Product, Finance, Design, and Logistics teams. * Analyze data and communicate insights clearly and objectively. * Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools to monitor perceived gains. * Deliver executive presentations, communicating results and influencing stakeholders. * Conduct market research and monitor competitors. * Act as a strategic PMO, managing the roadmap and prioritizing initiatives. **Ingredients We’re Looking For:** ------------------------------ * Proficiency in SQL for queries and dashboard creation. * Experience with BI tools and dashboards, such as Databricks and Tableau. * Skills in process modeling and project management. * Ability to create data-driven executive presentations. * Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency is desirable. * Autonomy, proactivity, and strategic thinking. * Excellent public speaking and ability to influence teams. **To Enhance the Flavor:** ------------------------- * Experience in stakeholder management and process modeling. * Knowledge of product, UX, and finance. * Ability to handle complex negotiations and make autonomous decisions. * Strong organizational and priority management skills, delivering measurable results.
