Senior Analytics Engineer

**What are we looking for?** **Key responsibilities:** Design and implement data warehouse and datalake architectures; Lead technical data analytics solutions as a reference; Create and define data repository models; Develop data acquisition strategies, information retrieval methods, and implementation of data processing and storage pipelines; Support technical definitions for the Big Data ecosystem; Develop and maintain data consumption, processing, control/security, and data delivery processes for diverse consumers; Identify potential risks based on technical assessments issued by supporting areas; Support/enable performance testing (performance); Support data migration from legacy systems to new solutions. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Microsoft Fabric, including: Data Factory Dataflows Gen2 Data Engineering workloads * Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark. * Experience with Big Data processing and query optimization. * Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture and Delta Lake. * Experience building reusable functions and structuring scalable data pipelines. * Hands-on experience in data engineering applied to Generative AI, including: Data vectorization (Embeddings) Integration with Vector Databases * Experience with data governance, data quality, and data reliability practices. * Familiarity with data documentation and cataloging tools, such as dbt Docs and native data platform catalogs. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in projects involving Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Experience with cloud environments and modern data platforms. * Knowledge of analytical modeling and business metric definition. * Experience with DataOps and Analytics Engineering practices. **Work location:** 100% remote. **Who is Insi?** We are a consulting firm specialized in digital transformation.
