About the position: We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to serve as an agile transformation agent, promoting organizational maturity evolution and enhancing value delivery across various organizational levels. This person will play a strategic role in implementing and evolving agile practices, collaborating with leadership, teams, and stakeholders to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Responsibilities: ✔ Lead and evolve agile processes at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. ✔ Conduct organizational maturity assessments and propose structured actions for continuous evolution. ✔ Facilitate agile ceremonies, practices, and events, ensuring alignment and focus on value delivery. ✔ Collaborate on building and evolving continuous delivery processes, supporting definition of tools, metrics, and mechanisms for inspection and adaptation. ✔ Lead initiatives that promote agile transformation and increase organizational maturity. ✔ Partner with leadership to guide teams, reinforce agile culture, and drive results. ✔ Plan, develop, and implement training, workshops, and content aimed at disseminating agile knowledge. ✔ Support defining and adapting work models aligned with organizational context needs. ✔ Facilitate team formation and development, supporting conflict management, negotiations, feedback, and competency growth. ✔ Identify impediments, risks, and improvement opportunities, proactively engaging stakeholders. Requirements: ✔ Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies. ✔ Proven track record serving as a Scrum Master across multiple projects, products, or organizations. ✔ Experience assessing and evolving organizational maturity within agile environments. ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. ✔ Relevant agile certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist, or equivalents. ✔ Ability to conduct organizational diagnostics and implement action plans for continuous improvement. ✔ Experience planning and executing initiatives focused on agile transformation and knowledge dissemination. ✔ Hands-on experience defining, adapting, and evolving work models using agile methods. ✔ Ability to partner with leadership and stakeholders across various organizational levels. ✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence without formal authority. Nice-to-have: ➕ Technical certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, HashiCorp, or related technologies. ➕ Practical experience with Data Lake environments and/or Machine Learning projects. ➕ Experience administering large-scale Kubernetes clusters. ➕ Knowledge of observability and instrumentation using OpenTelemetry. ➕ Proficiency in Python and/or Go development. ➕ Experience in organizations with strong DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE cultures. ➕ Involvement in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
