Job Summary: Customer service, product presentation, after-sales support, store and inventory organization, and participation in sales training. Key Highlights: 1. Weekly training sessions on products and sales techniques Position: Sales Associate / Sales Consultant \- Customer service: listening to customers' needs and recommending the most suitable products \- Processing purchase payments \- After-sales: sending messages to customers to inquire about their purchases, inviting them to revisit the store, congratulating them on birthdays, etc. \- Receiving merchandise \- Organizing products in-store and in inventory \- Maintaining store cleanliness (simple tasks such as dusting shelves and products displayed to customers) \- Greeting customers at the store entrance and inviting them to enter and explore products \- Conducting weekly training sessions on products and sales techniques as required by the franchisor Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience Requirements: * Sales experience (Mandatory) * Customer service experience (Preferred) * Beauty and cosmetics sales experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
