**Job Description:** Proactive, communicative, and organized professional primarily responsible for prospecting new clients and supporting marketing initiatives, including content creation. This individual will provide direct support to commercial activities, contributing to the growth of the customer base and strengthening the brand. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct proactive client prospecting (phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media). * Update and organize information in the system/content. * Produce marketing content, such as social media posts, emails, institutional materials, and commercial promotions. * Assist in promoting products/services and campaigns. * Prepare basic prospecting and results reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Marketing or related fields preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, email, Office/Google Suite); * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in commercial prospecting or sales; * Familiarity with digital marketing and social media; * Creativity in content creation.
