Learn more at **www.martinbrower.com.br** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will be your responsibilities and challenges?** * Support S\&OP cycle routines, ensuring data quality, dashboard updates, and support for S\&OP, Demand Planning and Processes, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams; * Support preparation of materials for Demand Review and Supply Review meetings; * Update performance databases, reports, and dashboards (e.g., forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, inventory levels); * Assist in consolidating information across departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Production, Finance); * Extract data from ERPs/BI tools (e.g., SAP/Oracle \+ Power BI/Excel); * Analyze sales forecasts, occupancy projections, inbound and outbound flows; * Participate in departmental meetings and cross-functional meetings with Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams; * Process and validate data (data cleansing, reconciliation, calendar and master data updates); * Develop standardized presentations (PowerPoint) featuring key indicators and variances; * Support the S\&OP calendar (sending invitations, drafting meeting minutes, simple follow-ups); **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to have/know/demonstrate?** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint); * Data analysis skills; * Knowledge of Power BI (light modeling and basic DAX) or similar tools; * Familiarity with forecasting methods and inventory management will be considered a plus; **Additional Information** **See what we offer our interns:** * Internship stipend of R$ 2\.000,00; * Bradesco Health Insurance; * Odontoprev Dental Insurance; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * Gympass; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); ***People are Martin Brower’s most important asset—and it is our people who drive our company further every day!
