Birthday day off CBO: 2237\-10 \- Dietitian Description: Technical responsible for all documentation related to sanitary hygiene and quality control, as well as for the planning, organization, leadership, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the company's/institution's Nutrition Services where such services are delivered. Responsible for approving or rejecting raw materials, supplies, semi-finished products, finished products, procedures, methods or techniques, equipment or utensils, in accordance with internal standards established in Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Service Delivery Practices in the food sector.
