




Job Summary: This position supports purchasing routines, tracking orders, suppliers, and administrative processes, as well as assisting in inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in inventory control and product registration \***Main Responsibilities** * Support the issuance and tracking of purchase orders; * Monitor delivery deadlines and provide support in supplier communications; * Update and maintain supplier and product registries; * Organize and archive department documents (purchase orders, invoices, contracts); * Support inventory control and procurement needs assessment; * Enter and verify information in internal systems and spreadsheets; * Provide support for administrative routines within the purchasing department; * Assist in procurement processes for materials and services; * Archive and organize department documents. **\*Requirements and Qualifications** ✔ **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. ✔**Technical Skills** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Interest in learning about purchasing and negotiation processes; * BI knowledge is desirable.
