Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Procurement Process Management** * Lead and supervise the purchasing team’s daily operations, ensuring organization, timely delivery, and adherence to defined standards. * Support quotations, supplier negotiations, and contracting for both perishable and non-perishable inputs. * Ensure procurement processes align with operational needs, preventing stockouts and overstocking. * Ensure purchase orders are issued correctly, respecting quantities, specifications, and negotiated terms. **Supplier Management and Negotiation** * Serve as the primary contact for strategic suppliers, leading price, delivery timeline, and commercial condition negotiations. * Monitor supplier performance regarding delivery timelines, quality, and reliability. * Prospect new suppliers and product alternatives to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency. * Support negotiations for both small and large volumes, as well as ad-hoc promotional initiatives. **Control, Quality, and Supply** * Monitor purchase order flow to ensure on-time deliveries compliant with requirements. * Participate, when necessary, in goods receipt and inspection—especially for fresh and sensitive inputs. * Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments. * Support inventory control by analyzing consumption patterns to prevent stockouts and losses. **Data Analysis and KPIs** * Analyze consumption spreadsheets, cost data, and price variations to identify savings opportunities. * Monitor KPIs such as price variation, delivery lead time, and realized savings. * Generate management reports for decision-making support. * Transform procurement data into strategic insights for leadership. **Operational and Cross-Departmental Integration** * Act as the liaison between procurement, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure process alignment and fluidity. * Support operations in anticipating demand and planning supply. * Ensure unit needs are met efficiently, with quality and predictability. **Master Data and Systems Management** * Maintain up-to-date product, supplier, and pricing master data in management systems. * Ensure reliability of information used in procurement processes and analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional with the following profile and qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline**, which strengthens us; **Security**, in every action; **Gratitude**, which connects us; **Vibration**, which inspires. * **Technical Skills:** Ability to structure and manage purchasing routines, negotiate with focus on cost, timeline, and quality, analyze consumption data, and ensure continuous operational supply. * **Behavioral Skills:** Organization, clear communication, sense of priority, collaborative posture, and emotional balance in high-intensity environments. * **Knowledge Areas:** Procurement processes, supplier negotiation, inventory control, cost analysis, advanced Excel, and ERP/management system usage. * **Desirable Certifications/Courses:** Certifications or courses in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Management will be considered advantageous. * **Preferred Experience:** Prior experience in procurement—preferably within the food industry—with exposure to high-volume environments, multiple suppliers, and direct operational interface. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Office located at Guarulhos Airport (SP) **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, food allowance, health insurance, and dental insurance **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Shift:** Business hours For over 25 years, **Grupo FIT** has connected people through gastronomy and exceptional service.
