Maintenance of an updated supplier registry **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** Support registration activities, quotations, supplier negotiations, material procurement, and inventory control for the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Conduct price research, obtain quotations, and negotiate with suppliers; · Issue and track purchase orders until material delivery; · Support inventory control and product replenishment; · Maintain an updated supplier registry; · Assist in preparing purchasing control reports and spreadsheets; · Verify invoices and communicate with the finance department; · Ensure compliance with company-mandated deadlines and quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; · Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles; · Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP); · Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **DESIRED PROFILE** · Proactivity and accountability; · Aptitude for negotiation and supplier relationship management; · Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
