Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for purchasing, managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and supporting supplier analysis and partnership development. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Purchase various inputs, including production materials, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and operational items; * Manage the procurement process for accommodations and related services for external operations; * Request quotations, negotiate, and acquire standard resale items, ensuring quality and competitive cost; * Register suppliers, products, and services in the internal management system; * Complete control spreadsheets and monitor purchasing activity reports; * Follow up with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed delivery timelines and specifications; * Record and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Plan and schedule material pickups and deliveries, optimizing logistics processes; * Support supplier analysis and develop strategic partnerships; REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in purchasing or related administrative roles; * Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate or advanced Excel is a plus); * Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills; * Critical analytical ability and problem-solving capability; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and varying deadlines.
