Project Supervisor – Custom-Built Furniture ESSANTO – Santa Rita/PB Job Objective Lead and coordinate ESSANTO’s design team, ensuring custom-built furniture projects are developed with quality, efficiency, technical accuracy, and alignment with deadlines, company standards, and customer expectations. The Project Supervisor serves as the liaison among the design team, production, Production Control (PCP), assembly, customers, and architects, ensuring each process stage proceeds in an organized, precise, and integrated manner. Key Responsibilities * Supervise, guide, and monitor the design team during the conception and development of custom-built furniture projects. * Ensure technical accuracy of designs by conducting reviews, adjustments, and validations prior to submission for production. * Apply and validate site measurement techniques, ensuring project compatibility with designated spaces. * Monitor project flow from order entry through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and assembly. * Collaborate with PCP, production, factory departments, and assembly teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Provide technical support to designers, assemblers, customers, and architects by clarifying doubts and proposing solutions. * Manage technical or operational conflicts and challenges, seeking agile and effective solutions. * Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging organization, alignment, continuous improvement, and strong team performance. * Track after-sales technical support requests, special parts, additional materials, and necessary adjustments post-manufacturing or post-assembly. * Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry-specific furniture solutions. Requirements * Technical or undergraduate degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in custom-built furniture projects. * Proficiency in Promob, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software. * Knowledge of technical measurement, project review, manufacturing, installation, and assembly of custom-built furniture. * Experience in team leadership or coordination is a plus.
