Headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, it has subsidiaries in Australia and Brazil, serving all of South America. We are seeking a **Project Manager** to work on complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects in Civil Construction, Mining, and Metallurgy, with opportunities for long-term career growth and international exposure. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, schedule control, cost control, quality assurance, safety, supplier management, and customer satisfaction. The role requires team leadership, oversight of equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, as well as contract and payment management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering or Business Administration * 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry or civil construction * Leadership, organization, initiative, and strong communication skills * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally * Intermediate/advanced English (Spanish is a plus) * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings ​ Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$90\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance Language: * Spanish (Preferred) * English (Mandatory) Travel Availability: * 75% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
