Presentation development **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform study and project management activities based on delegations previously assigned by the senior manager, such as: scheduling meetings, sending emails and messages with follow-up and status updates on completed or pending actions, preparing meeting minutes, etc. * Monitor project progress in project management systems * Monitor Integrated Project Management, generating reports and identifying inconsistencies or gaps in data entry * Develop various MS PowerPoint presentations for departmental activities, such as: Project Management, Monitoring Reports, etc. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering * Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) * Advanced SAP knowledge * Knowledge of Project Management (scope, costs, schedules) * Basic knowledge of oil and petroleum derivatives logistics is desirable.
