Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to prepare and organize materials, supply production lines, operate equipment, and monitor industrial processes with a focus on quality and safety. Operation and monitoring of equipment We are looking for a Production Operator to join our rapidly growing team! We seek a professional with a **completed high school education**, and proven experience in this role is a plus, to perform the following main responsibilities: * Prepare materials for feeding production lines; * Organize the service area; * Supply production lines and feed machines; * Operate equipment and monitor production line processes in industrial operations, in accordance with technical standards and procedures for quality, safety, hygiene, and health. **Shift Options:** * Shift A \- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:31 PM, and Saturday, 6:00 AM to 1:24 PM \- 6x2 schedule * Shift B \- Monday to Friday, 2:21 PM to 10:46 PM, and Saturday, 1:14 PM to 8:33 PM \- 6x2 schedule * Shift C \- 10:36 PM to 6:10 AM \- 6x2 schedule **What We Offer:** **Salary Range: R$2\.595,00 \- R$3\.5000,00 per month (determined based on experience) \+ Benefits Package:** * Medical Plan (no monthly fee, only co-payment \- also available for dependents); * Dental Plan (no deductions); * Online digital hospital for physical and emotional health support services; * Life Insurance (no deductions); * Meal Allowance of R$ 370.00 per month; * Absenteeism Bonus of R$ 150.00; * On-site meals (no deductions); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (no deductions); * Uniforms provided by the company, including laundry service; * Gympass (including dependents); * Day Off; * Monthly Juice Kit; * Product discounts; * Extended Leave (paternity and maternity); * PLR \- Equivalent to 25% of salary every three months.
