Job Summary: The Production Operator B operates machines, performs product packaging and identification, handles materials, and contributes to the organization and cleaning of the work area, supporting Operations routines. Handle finished products and raw materials Job Title: Production Operator Summary: The Production Operator B is responsible for operating machines and equipment in accordance with the area’s operational procedures. They also perform packaging and identification of finished products, as well as handling of products and raw materials. Additionally, they contribute to the organization, hygiene, and cleaning of work areas and support other activities related to the Operations routine. Responsibilities Include:* Operate machines and equipment according to the area’s operational procedures and EHS guidelines, ensuring a safe process and that products meet specifications established by the company and customer. * Accurately record operational process data in the production tracking logbook, always legibly and clearly. * Maintain machines and equipment, immediately reporting any signs or causes of malfunction to the area supervisor. * Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining organization and cleanliness of the work area, as well as guiding new employees on simpler tasks. * Perform tasks according to the established production schedule for the period and in line with instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Enter production-related information into the SAP system, including quantity of material produced and quantity of raw materials and utilities consumed. * Package and identify finished products, print identification labels, and strictly follow the established operational procedure. * Handle finished products and raw materials using forklifts or other appropriate equipment. * Assist in organizing, maintaining hygiene, and cleaning work areas, contributing to a safe and operationally suitable environment.
