We operate in the **promotional gifts and marketing products** segment, manufacturing items such as **inflatable bats, promoballs, thermal bags, cold gel bags for aesthetic clinics, PVC-handle shopping bags**, and other customized products that carry our clients' brands with quality and creativity. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and manage simple machines used in production; * Assemble and adjust parts according to established records and standards; * Perform material welding processes, ensuring proper adhesion and finish; * Inspect weld quality before forwarding products for handling; * Support the **quality control department**, ensuring products meet company requirements; * Package and pack products into boxes, preparing\-them for transportation and shipment. **Desired profile:** * Meticulousness and attention to detail; * Agility and good manual coordination; * Commitment to deadlines and quality; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow technical instructions.
