Strategic and analytical profile **Position: Procurement Coordinator** **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Procurement Coordinator** to lead and supervise departmental activities, responsible for managing a team of **3 buyers**, ensuring efficiency in processes, strategic negotiations, and appropriate supply of goods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and monitor a team consisting of **3 buyers**; * Plan and supervise procurement processes for materials and goods; * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal price, delivery time, and quality conditions; * Develop, evaluate, and approve suppliers; * Monitor performance indicators (costs, delivery times, service levels); * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; * Collaborate closely with Logistics, Inventory, Finance, and Sales departments; * Develop procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in procurement; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of negotiation, cost analysis, and contracts; **Preferred Qualification:** * **Experience purchasing automotive electrical parts**; **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and people management; * Strategic and analytical mindset; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * **Lunch break of 1 hour and 12 minutes**, from **11:30 AM to 12:42 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site Compensation: R$5.451,72 \- R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
