Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers. Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. Maintain and update supplier records. Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the responsible department. Verify invoices and ensure compliance with purchase orders. Support cost analysis and efforts to reduce expenses. Organize documents and reports. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred) Prior experience in procurement.
