Identification of needs and pursuit of optimal conditions Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong interpersonal skills; Responsibilities: * Assist in the company's procurement process and planning (Head Office and Branch); * Conduct price research; * Negotiate prices and services; * Monitor deliveries and quality of products and services; * Identify the company's procurement needs (Head Office and Branch); * Identify suppliers offering optimal business terms; * Manage procurement records (Head Office and Branch); * Responsible for equipment maintenance (Head Office and Branch); * Responsible for inspecting, requesting, and monitoring facility maintenance (Head Office and Branch).
