DAP Laboratory is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support purchasing, inventory, and material control routines, contributing to the organization, agility, and efficiency of internal processes.

Key responsibilities:
* Conduct quotations for laboratory, administrative, and maintenance items, seeking optimal cost\-effectiveness;
* Enter purchase orders into the system and monitor delivery deadlines;
* Maintain up-to-date product, supplier, and contract records;
* Support inventory control and analysis;
* Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts;
* Respond promptly and accurately to internal requisitions;
* Support improvements to procurement area processes;
* Interface with suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in purchasing, inventory, or internal logistics routines;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and systems;
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities.
