Job Summary: TESE is seeking a Procurement Analyst to ensure material availability, optimize costs, delivery timelines, and quality, while strategically operating within an expanding business environment. A dynamic and collaborative work environment **TESE** is a company operating in the market **since 1985**, distributing products and replacement parts from the brands **WEG, WEG\-CESTARI, and KSB**, as well as providing specialized maintenance services for electric motors, gearboxes, water pumps, welding machines, generators, frequency inverters, soft\-starters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and other equipment. We are currently experiencing **full-scale expansion**, and are seeking a **Procurement Analyst**, with a focus on technical procurement! Your mission will be to ensure material availability for operations while balancing cost, delivery timeline, and quality. You will perform data analysis, negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory, and continuously improve procurement processes. As a **Procurement Analyst**, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success! Your main responsibilities include: * Conducting technical procurement and negotiations with suppliers; * Coordinating logistics and interfacing with freight carriers; * Monitoring inventory levels, turnover rates, and replenishment needs; * Tracking reorder points, minimum stock levels, lead times, and stockout occurrences; * Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines; * Analyzing stagnant items, low-turnover materials, and items nearing expiration; * Developing and monitoring departmental KPIs and reports; * Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams on material planning; * Contributing to the improvement and standardization of procurement processes; * Supporting analyses related to procurement costs, taxes, and financial impact. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in technical procurement and industrial supply chain management; * Knowledge of inventory turnover, ABC analysis, reorder points, minimum stock levels, lead times, and stockout control; * Strong negotiation skills with suppliers; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; * Analytical capability to develop and monitor KPIs and reports; * Basic understanding of procurement-related costs, taxes, and financial impact; * Ability to organize processes, records, and operational documentation. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in structuring procurement processes; * Experience in high-demand industrial environments; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. **What we offer?** ? * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Training and development programs to enhance your skills; * Strategic involvement in an expansion-oriented culture; * And, of course, a dedicated and passionate team!
