Collaborates with technical departments to resolve issues Process Planner for Machines and Equipment – MACHINING Location: Indaiatuba/SP Process Planner for Machines and Equipment A professional responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing machining and boiler-making processes, ensuring efficiency, dimensional accuracy, and quality in the manufacturing of machines and equipment. Directly involved in defining methods, tools, cutting parameters, and operation times, as well as proposing continuous improvements and supporting Production, Quality, and Engineering in resolving technical issues. Main Responsibilities * Develop and optimize machining and boiler-making processes. * Select appropriate cutting tools. * Calculate and estimate machining and boiler-making times for various machines (lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, machining centers, boring machines, grinders, etc.). * Define cutting parameters according to machine, tool, and material. * Ensure dimensional compliance and part quality. * Collaborate with technical departments to resolve issues and implement improvements. Essential Requirements * Proven experience as a Process Planner or in a similar technical role. * Experience working for manufacturers of machines and equipment. * Proficiency in machining processes and cutting tools. * Experience in time calculation and finishing processes. * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and Nommus). Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with CAM software. * Experience in advanced metrology and high-precision instruments.
