Stay updated on technological trends and innovations **About the Team:** * Team responsible for developing logistics projects and processes, including: * Process improvement and implementation of new processes. * Prospecting, developing, and implementing new technologies, systems, automation, packaging, material handling, and storage equipment. * Supporting programs in the development of new products. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Developing logistics strategies aligned with Embraer’s Product Engineering (PE). * Integrating multidisciplinary teams for project development. * Serving as a technical reference. * Collaborating on the development of logistics processes, procedures, and work methods. * Developing and reviewing standard operating procedures; * Collaborating on warehouse specifications and layout definitions to optimize material flow; * Participating in system specification, testing, and Go-Live activities; * Supporting continuous improvement projects in internal logistics; * Staying updated on technological trends and innovations, proposing continuous improvements and solutions to business challenges. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree (with diploma or completion certificate) in Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and communication; * Experience developing logistics strategies; * Experience in strategic and highly complex projects (supporting the development of new programs and new businesses); * Practical experience in production environments; * Experience in Lean Manufacturing and its tools applied to logistics. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience implementing processes. * Experience with ERP tools (MM and WM modules). * Knowledge of automation projects. **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * On-site Cafeteria * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
