Implementation of the LEAN methodology and use of quality tools **PROCESS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST** **JOB DESCRIPTION** The analyst will act as a partner to operational areas, focusing on mapping/reviewing and standardizing processes, as well as leading projects related to continuous improvement and new technologies. The professional must propose alternatives that contribute to optimizing processes and tools used in operations. Additionally, the analyst must monitor departmental performance indicators to identify opportunities for eliminating/reducing bottlenecks and/or potential process changes and application of technologies/automation. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Map operational processes and jointly develop, with respective departments, required normative procedures and flowcharts; ensure maintenance and standardization of processes across branches; * Conduct continuous improvement studies through process optimization and technology application; * Develop operational controls and indicators for project monitoring; * Perform root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve operational failures and customer complaints; * Support area leadership in prioritizing continuous improvement projects; * Implement the LEAN methodology. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in related fields (Engineering, Administration, and/or Logistics). * Advanced Excel. * Time study/MTM. * Process mapping. * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite. * Advanced Power BI. * Quality tools. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Kaizen) and project management.
