Job Summary: Professional to work on procurement processes, project management, internal control, and technical support, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with administrative/operational processes, projects, or routines. 2. Cost, timeline, and project documentation control. 3. Process review and implementation of improvements. **Responsibilities:** * Requesting quotations from suppliers * Creating purchase requisitions and Memo Orders (SAP) * Receiving orders and releasing invoices (WebCycle) * Verifying invoices against contracts * Initiating, monitoring, and closing projects (Ecosys) * Controlling project costs, timelines, and documentation * Updating internal controls (SOX, SharePoint, spreadsheets) * Managing fixed assets (registration, inventory, and identification) * Providing technical support to production and laboratories * Reviewing processes and implementing improvements **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Chemistry * Experience with administrative/operational processes, projects, or routines * Knowledge of SAP (desirable) * Organized and analytical profile Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages:* Spanish (Basic) * English (Basic) * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * On-site meal allowance
