Job Summary: Responsible for leading and coordinating the S&OP process, aligning demand, operational capacity, and business strategy, with a focus on headcount planning and risk mitigation. Strong analytical capability and experience with systems (ERP, WMS, TMS). **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Responsible for leading and coordinating the S\&OP process, focusing on alignment among demand, operational capacity, and business strategy. Will directly consolidate operational requirements, ensuring the demand plan is translated into a structured capacity and hiring plan. Will play a critical role in supporting headcount planning, collaborating closely with Demand and Human Resources teams to define, validate, and monitor job openings, ensuring adherence to the approved plan, hiring timelines, and mitigation of operational risks. Will also be responsible for data analysis, identification of deviations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, as well as leading operational forums and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Experience in logistics operations and supply chain, especially in demand and capacity planning; * Strong analytical capability and experience with systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, and data tools); * Strategic mindset focused on operational efficiency, service levels, and cost control; * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Availability to work onsite in Jandira/SP and national mobility. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your key responsibilities, you will include:** * Lead the S\&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across business units; * Translate the demand plan into capacity and headcount sizing plans; * Collaborate directly with Demand and HR teams to build, validate, and execute the hiring plan; * Support job opening processes, position prioritization, and tracking of hiring status; * Anticipate capacity gap risks and propose structural actions (hiring, redistribution, productivity improvements); * Conduct demand analysis and forecasting based on historical data and trends; * Plan operations and capacity, balancing resources and service levels; * Monitor KPIs (productivity, forecast accuracy, service level, HC vs. plan); * Drive continuous improvement in S&OP and operational processes; * Lead teams, ensure management routines, feedback, and development; * Ensure governance, structured communication, and compliance with internal guidelines. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
