Our commitment is to ensure fair processes and an inclusive environment where talent and leadership are the true criteria for growth. **Position Title:** Demand Planning Analyst **Location:** Vila Olímpia, SP \- Hybrid **Reports to:** Demand Planning Coordinator **Responsibilities** * Oversee demand planning and management processes for regional extended portfolio * Provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customer reactions to promotions and discounts * Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends and statistical tools * Work with customers, sales \& marketing teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy * Ensure business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing inventories * Suggest changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand * Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities * Provide feedback to sales teams about product availability * Maintain healthy inventory levels based on future customer demand * Address demand-related queries and issues (callouts on time) * Lead monthly demand review meetings with stakeholders as required * Identify opportunities to meet customer demand during constrained supply * Maintain demand planning processes and systems ensuring correct S\&OP process * Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans * Help achieve monthly corporate KPIs **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or Industrial Administration or equivalent work experience * Previous experience in Demand/Supply Planning * ERP knowledge (SAP IBP, APO preferred) * Knowledge/understanding of S\&OP process * Advanced PC skills with strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI * High-level proficiency with inventory management processes * Advanced English * Spanish is desirable * Excellent communication skills Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well\-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
