We are looking for a committed and agile **Pizza Assistant**. The professional will act as the pizzaiolo's "right hand," ensuring that the production line operates with speed and quality. At Roma Pizzas, we value standardization and offer real growth opportunities for those who demonstrate dedication and a willingness to learn. **Schedule:** **Mon to Sat: 2:00 PM \- 11:00 PM (break: 5:00 PM \- 6:00 PM\)** **Sun: 5:00 PM \- 10:45 PM (15-minute break)** **\+ (1\) day off per month \+ (1\) weekly day off** Main Responsibilities and Duties * **Preparation:** Cut, grate, slice, and portion ingredients (cold cuts, vegetables, and cheeses) to ensure continuous supply to the assembly line. * **Assembly Support:** Assist in dough stretching, edge filling, and pizza assembly, strictly following technical sheets and order sequence. * **Standardization:** Follow daily **opening and closing checklists**, ensuring no process is overlooked. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and equipment throughout service, complying with food safety standards.
