Proactivity and schedule availability HOTEL IN FORTALEZA HIRING – DISHWASHER: REQUIREMENTS: \- Previous experience in the role \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Handling \- Responsibility and commitment \- Schedule availability \- Proactivity MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils Check expiration dates and label ingredients Perform pre-preparation and portioning of raw foods Participate in the sector’s sanitation schedule Perform mise-en-place Clean countertops and equipment Prepare juices MORNING SHIFT: 06:00 to 14:20 daily, including holidays (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month) BENEFITS: Salary R$ 1\.651,00 \+ R$ 100,00 bonus \+ variable commission Meals provided on-site 30% coverage for health and dental plans Meal allowance R$ 157,50 (after probation period) Scheduled time off during birthday month Psychological support shift Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
