Responsibility for maintenance of equipment and vehicle **EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY | PEST CONTROL ASSISTANT FOR SÃO CARLOS (OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED)** The Alves & Pimentel Recruitment and Selection team is conducting a selection process for the position of Pest Control Assistant, based in the São Carlos/SP region. We seek responsible, committed professionals with availability for weekly travel, who own a personal vehicle and wish to work in the operational field. Work Location: São Carlos/SP and surrounding areas Work Model: Field activities involving travel between clients Main Responsibilities * Perform urban pest control services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. * Apply pest control products and techniques, adhering to safety regulations and technical procedures. * Conduct environmental inspections to identify infestation sources and treatment needs. * Complete service and control reports. * Maintain equipment, materials, and the vehicle used for operations. **Mandatory Requirements** Own vehicle (mandatory) Driver's license categories AB Full availability for travel from Monday to Thursday Residence in São Carlos or Araraquara Responsible, organized profile with good communication skills **Compensation** * Base Salary: R$ 1.886,91 * Hazard Pay (30%): R$ 566,07 * Private Vehicle Rental Allowance: R$ 1.600,00 Approximate total fixed compensation: R$ 4.052,98 (including base salary + hazard pay + vehicle rental) **Benefits** Meal Voucher: R$ 25.00 per day Food Allowance: R$ 170.00 Travel expenses covered by the company: Fuel / Toll fees / Accommodation / Additional meals No transportation voucher deduction, as commuting is done using the employee’s own vehicle, reimbursed by the company. **Work Schedule and Routine:** Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM; Saturday: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Travel Schedule * Monday: Botucatu * Tuesday: Alternating between Ourinhos and Assis * Wednesday: Bauru * Thursday to Saturday: Service coverage in the São Carlos and Araraquara regions **Additional Information** * Initial training: 2–3 days before commencement of travel assignments * Hotel logistics: Organized and paid for by the company * Inclusive profile: Position open to all genders Send your resume now and join the selection process!
