If you are dedicated, enjoy challenges, and seek growth, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities** * Ensure the safety and reliability of railway infrastructure and superstructure. * Provide technical support in scheduling, supervision, and monitoring of construction works and maintenance activities. * Ensure technical compliance in controls, audits, and area reporting. * Contribute to maximizing the availability and performance of permanent way. **Software and Systems Requirements** * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data processing and organization). * Power BI (preferred): knowledge for operating or developing maintenance, construction, and monitoring dashboards. **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Permanent Way Experience: experience with superstructure (rails, sleepers, ballast, AMVs) and infrastructure (earthworks, drainage) is preferred. * Technical Reading: ability to interpret engineering drawings and ABNT standards. * Control and Quality: experience in contract supervision or construction measurement (preferred). **Education** * Completed Technical Course in Highways, Buildings, Surveying, or Railways. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Meal Allowance (R$ 1,090.00) * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Corporate University * Wellhub Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1,518.00 – R$4,597.46 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing * Private pension * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
