




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising product development, ensuring technical and legal compliance, managing projects, and coordinating laboratory teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring technical and legal compliance of products **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in product development preferred Postgraduate degree preferred Knowledge of industrial chemistry / chemical engineering Knowledge of quality documentation **Responsibilities:** Oversee technical specifications (raw materials; packaging, consumables, and intermediate/final products), keeping them updated and accessible; Monitor product registrations and developments in accordance with applicable standards and legislation; Maintain up-to-date technical product lists in the system; Prepare cost reports for developed products to support project feasibility analysis; Provide technical support for process improvements and new product development to facilitate launches and technical audits/inspections; Ensure timely execution of departmental activities and processes, and adjust timelines with other responsible departments (aligning activity information and schedule deadlines); Ensure legal compliance of developed products, stability testing (shelf life), and monitor project validations (tests, analyses, feasibility, etc.); Manage new product projects under a mentorship model (create and update project schedules, monitor and coordinate feasibility meetings with stakeholders); Supervise and control activities in product, development, and innovation laboratories through team and workflow management, documentation review, release of raw materials and supplies, facility and equipment management, participation in laboratory quality optimization initiatives, and resolution of medium- to high-complexity problems/situations—ensuring proper laboratory operation, product development within specification standards, compliance with applicable legislation, team development, and quality of performed activities. Supervise and control chemical handling and segregation activities, ensuring reliability and proposing process improvements. Uphold company culture.
