Will lead the PCP team, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in production processes. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform production scheduling and monitoring * Interface with customers and internal departments to align requirements * Monitor production performance indicators * Plan and control production (short- and medium-term) * Conduct productive capacity analysis * Develop management reports to support decision-making * Monitor production processes and supply flows * Coordinate operational processes within the PCP department **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Solid experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP) * Experience managing teams * Advanced Excel proficiency * ERP system experience * Industrial environment experience, preferably in the automotive sector
