Job Summary: This professional will assist in production scheduling, material control, deadline monitoring, and sales team support, ensuring process organization and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and updating of reports and KPIs **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and updating production schedules; * Support scheduling for bonding and painting; * Issue withdrawal orders for reservations; * Support material, supply, and production requirement control; * Monitor delivery deadlines for assembled shipments; * Conduct inspections and release ready shipments to logistics; * Daily creation and closure of Production Orders (PO); * Support inventories, inspections, and operational controls; * Provide sales team support regarding delivery deadlines, inquiries, and available inventory; * Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental reports, spreadsheets, and KPIs; * Comply with internal quality, safety, and organization standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields preferred; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability; * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively; * Availability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
