PCP Analyst

Job Title: PCP Analyst Key Responsibilities: \- Plan production to ensure adherence to established deadlines and targets. \- Plan inputs (MRP) for packaging kits, enamels, and abrasives. \- Develop and update production plans, considering productive capacity, resource availability, and demand. \- Analyze and monitor production performance indicators, proposing improvements to optimize processes. \- Coordinate and monitor the execution of production scheduling and follow-up activities. \- Identify and resolve issues that may impact production efficiency or on-time product delivery. \- Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new technologies. \- Generate managerial reports and present relevant information for decision-making. Required Qualifications: \- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PCP) techniques. \- Data analysis skills and ability to develop performance indicators. \- Teamwork capability, effective communication, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications: \- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing. \- Experience in manufacturing industries. .
