Arrange and supervise training for subordinates to ensure their continued competence in operations Manage factory resources to maximize productivity; develop and implement production plans; analyze material inventory levels to ensure on-time order delivery Monitor production processes and critical material supply issues; coordinate and align production, logistics, and quality departments; Track execution of production schedules, analyzing and recommending improvements to techniques. Oversee industrial department activities related to production planning and control, as well as maintenance. Verify and conduct material requirements assessment for projects; Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings; Perform critical analysis of the production area, monitoring and ensuring performance in collaboration with the department supervisor.
