Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and monitoring the production schedule, overseeing production processes, controlling productive capacity, and analyzing performance indicators. Analytical ability and systemic vision **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor the production schedule (short- and medium-term); * Perform daily sequencing of production lines; * Monitor the production process, proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Control productive capacity, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Interface with internal departments and customers to ensure alignment and adherence to deadlines; * Manage inventory levels and support inventory audits; * Develop and analyze performance indicators, reports, and charts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in PCP / Production Planning; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Experience in the automotive sector is a plus. **Competencies:** * Organization and sense of priority; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical ability and systemic vision. **Work Location** Piracicaba/SP Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
